South Indian Bank Recruits 200 Probationary Clerks in Tamil Nadu 2014

South Indian Bank Limited with headquartered at Thrissur, Kerala, is going to recruit 200 Probationary Clerk in the offices / bank branch in Tamil Nadu State. This is a private sector bank and branches of this bank are spread in more than 26 states and UT of the country. Probationary Clerks in South Indian Bank
  • Vacancy: 200 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Rs.7200-19300 + DA, HRA as well as other allowances as per rule.
  • Qualifications: Class 10th with 60% Marks, 12th with 60% Marks and Graduation with 55% for science graduate and 50% marks for Arts or other graduates.
  • Age Limit: Not below 20 years and not above 26 years as on 31/12/2013. i.e. candidates must be born between 01/01/1988 and 01/01/1994. Relaxation in age will be applicable for SC / ST category. They will be given age relaxation upto 5 years.
  • Other Eligibility: Candidates must be a permanent resident of Tamil Nadu, who have been residing for more than 5 years. They should have proficiency in local language besides English language.

Selection Process: First of all, received applications will be short listed by the bank and only Short listed candidates will be called for Written Examination followed by Personal Interview. Information in this context will be provided to eligible candidates by Email. After short listing, South Indian Bank reserves the right to call requisite number of candidates. After selection for the job, candidates will be put on probation for a period of 06 months.

Application Fee: Rs.100 for SC / ST and Rs.400 for UR Category. Remittance will be made at any branch of South Indian Bank through challan generated after online registration. Applicants need to preserve the candidate’s copy of the challan for producing at the time of verification (if called).
