OPTCL Recruitment of 235 Management Trainee & MT-Junior 2013

Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited, in short OPTCL, has published a notification for recruitment to the posts of Management Trainee (MT) & Management Trainee-Junior in various disciplines in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of written test followed by personal interview. 01. Management Trainee
  • Vacancies: 109 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600 
  • Age Limit: Not below 21 years and not above 32 years. Age relaxation will be reckoned as on 01/08/2013.
  • Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering with 60% (50% for SC/ST), Bachelor’s degree with ICAI, P.G Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management, Degree in Law, BE / B.Tech / M.Tech or MCA with 60% Marks (50% for SC/ST) for different disciplines. 02. Management Trainee-Junior
  • Vacancies: 126 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – 34800 + GP Rs.4200
  • Age Limit: Age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 32 years as on 01/08/2013.
  • Qualification: Engineering Diploma with 60% Marks (50% for SC/ST), B.Sc (IT) / BCA / Degree with PGDCA of one year. See detailed notification for more details.

Age Relaxation: There is 5 years relaxation for SC / ST / SEBC / WOMEN and EX-Serviceman candidates and 10 years relaxation for PWD candidates.

Selection Process: A written test and personal interview will be organized by OPTCL for the selection of the deserving candidates on the post. Qualified candidates in written examination will be called for personal interview. Selected candidates for the post will be put on probation for a period of 01 year. After successfully complete of training period, candidates will have to execute a training service bond on non-judicial stamp paper to serve the company at least for 3 years.

Application Fees: Rs.500 but no fees for SC / ST and PH candidates of Odisha permanent employee of OPTCL. Fees will be paid in the shape of cross demand draft in favour of DDO, Hqrs Office, OPTCL, payable at Bhubaneswar. Applicants must write their Full Name and Registration Number on the back side of the Demand Draft. There is no any other mode of payment available.

How to Apply: Only online application will be accepted for both posts. Willing candidates may apply online through the website www.optcl.co.in by the last date 11/09/2013. After successfully submission of application, candidates are required to take a print out of system generated slip, paste a latest passport size photograph on it, put signature to the space provided and send it along with original DD & self attested copies of all requisite documents and recent passport size photograph by ordinary post to “The Advertiser, Post Bag No.99 GPO KOLKATA-70017” on or before 18/09/2013.
