SSC Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment Notification 2013 ssconline

SSC has issued a Notification for Recruitment of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staffs Group-C Posts in Pay Band-I for different states & UT. Selection for this post, commission will conduct a written examination.  Online application is available for this at and can be filled up by 11/12/2013 (Part-I) & 13/12/2013 (Part-II). Offline application must reach the concerned office by 13/12/2013. After this date, application will not be accepted by the commission. Candidates having minimum qualification “Matriculation” from a recognized board are eligible to apply for MTS Post.

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
  • Qualifications: Candidates having passed Matriculation Exam or having equivalent qualification from a recognized board as on last date of receipt of application are eligible to apply for MTS post.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 01/01/2014. Relaxation for SC / ST will be given upto 05 years and for OBC will be given upto 03 years. The same date of birth will be accepted for determining the age limit as recorded in Matriculation / Secondary Exam Certificate.
  • Pay Scale: (PB-I) Rs.5200-20200 + 1800 GP

Application Fees: Candidates are required to pay of Rs.100 as application fee in the form of CRFS if submitting paper application or using SBI Challan or through SBI Net Banking if submitting application online. SC / ST / PH / EXS and all women candidates are not required to pay application fee.

Selection Process: Selection of deserving candidates on MTS Post will be done through written examination comprised of Two Papers. Paper-I will be of 150 Marks based on General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and it will be of 2 Hours. Paper-II will be of 50 Marks, for which time duration of 30 minutes will be provided.

How to apply: Application for MTS Post can be made Online or Offline. First of all, let me know you about the procedure for online application. It can be completed in two parts. Part-I Registration can be made till 11/12/2013. Part-II Registration will be made till 13/12/2013, here you are required to upload photograph and signature and make Payment online through Net Banking or put payment details if you have paid application fee through Challan generated after Part-I Registration. If you want to apply through paper application, you need to have an application form which is available on Commission’s Website. Fill up application form with proper details and send with application fees (if applicable) in the shape of CRFS to the Concerned SSC Regional Office on or before 13/12/2013.
