SSC CHSL (10+2) Exam 2013: Once again, Staff Selection Commission has brought out a notification for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Exam 2013 for recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in different central government offices / Ministries / Departments. Total number of vacancies in the both posts will be determined in due course. This combined all India open examination will be conducted on 10th & 17th November 2013 at various centres in all over the country. Only those candidates are eligible to appear in exam, who have passed Class 12th examination or possess equivalent Qualification. If you are one of them who possess said qualification, may apply online till 14th Aug 2013 which is last date of this recruitment notification. - Qualifications: Class 12th Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01/08/2013. Relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, for OBC is 3 years and 10 years for PH candidates.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.100. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PH/EXS and all Women Candidates. Fee can be paid using SBI Chllan or through SBI Net Banking while applying online.
Selection Process for Jobs: Selection for the post of Data Entry Operator & LDC will be done on the basis of this combined written exam followed by Skill Test. Only those candidates will be eligible for appearing in Skill test who qualify successfully in written test with minimum qualifying marks.
Exam Pattern: There will be objective type examination for both posts. It will be of 200 Marks based on General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and GA. Duration of test will be of 2 Hours.

How to apply: Application for this can be made Offline in prescribed application or Online through the website http://ssconline.nic.in. In case of Offline application, you need to have a prescribed application format, fill up with required details and send it with application fees in form of CRFS (if required) to the concerned regional office of SSC. If you want to apply online, you can fill up online application from by visiting above said website. Online application will be completed in two parts; Part-I Registration which can be made till 14/08/2013 and Part-II Registration can be made till 16/08/2013. Before you apply online, you must ensure that you have Scanned Photograph & Signature.
Instructions to apply Online: Open “Part-I Registration” link, fill up application format with proper details and submit. Note down Registration Number generated by the system. Now take a print of Challan if you want to pay fees through challan (No need for reserved category). Now Open “Part-II Registration” Link and login with proper Registration ID. Enter Payment details if you have paid fees through challan and upload photograph and signature and submit. If you want to pay fee online through SBI Net Banking, you can directly go to part-II registration after part-I registration.
