IBPS RRB-CWE-II 2013 for Officer, Office Assistant Jobs in 62 Regional Rural Banks

As we all know that IBPS conducts CWE for Clerk, for PO/MT and for Specialist Officers to recruit in Public Sector Banks. After conducting CWE-RRB 2012, IBPS is going to conduct 2nd common written examination (ONLINE) for recruitment to the posts of Officer (Group-A) and Office Assistant (Group-B) in 62 Regional Rural Banks (RRB) all over the country. List of Regional Rural Banks can be seen in the Detailed Notification. The Process of CWE will be same as for Clerk, PO/MT and Specialist Officers. If you are interested and fulfill required eligibility criteria for this test, you may apply online from 04/07/2013 to 25/07/2013. Bachelor’s Degree in any Disciplines from a recognized university. Knowledge of local language

Bachelor’s Degree in any Disciplines with Proficiently in Local Language

Officer Scale-II
Bachelor’s Degree in any Disciplines with 50% Marks and 02 years experience as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution

Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer)
IT Officer: Degree in Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Communication with 50% Marks with one year experience.
Law Officer: Bachelor's degree in Law with 50% Marks with two years experience as an advocate.
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate-ship (CA) from Chartered Accountants of India with 01 year experience
Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing from a recognized university with 01 year experience
Treasury Manager: Certified Associateshio (CA) or MBA in Finance with 01 year experience
Agricultural Officer: Graduate Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Dairy Science / Forestry / Agricultural Engineering / Veterinary Science / Pisciculture or Allied Specializations or any equivalent qualifications with 50% Marks and 01 years Experience

Officer Scale-III
Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines with 50% Marks with 05 years experience as an Officer in any Financial Institution and Bank

Other Essential Details


Age Limit
Ø      Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
Ø      Officer Scale-I: Above 18 and 28 years
Ø      Officer Scale-II: Above 21 and Below 32 years
Ø      Officer Scale-III: Above 21 years and Below 40 years
Note: Age will be calculated as on 01/07/2013. Relaxations for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC is 03 years, 10 years is for PWD Candidates.
Application Fees
Rs.100 for SC/ST/PWD/EXS for officers and office assistant post and Rs.600 for all other candidates for any one of the post.

How to apply: Online application for CWE will be started from 04/07/2013 and will be made till 25/07/2013. It can be made through the website of IBPS http://www.ibps.in. Follow the steps given below to fill up online application.

Guideline to fill up online application
  • Before applying online, you are required to have your Scanned Photograph & Signature within the required size & format and you should have a valid Email ID too.
  • Log on to www.ibps.in, Open the respective Apply Online link for “CWE Officer or “CWE Office Assistant”
  • Fill up online application form with required details and uploaded photograph & Signature as per requirements
  • Now Select “Mode of Payment”, it should be either “Online” or “Offline”
  • If you select “Online Mode”, after the submission of online application, a Payment Getaway will be provided to you for payment of fees
  • You can make payment using your Debit/Credit Card or through Net Banking. If your transaction is processed successfully, a Registration Number and Passwords will be generated by the system, you are required to note down Registration & Password and take a copy of E-Receipt generated by the system
  • If you have selected “Offline Mode”, after submission of online application, a Payment Challan will be generated by the system. Take a copy of Payment Challan, Deposit Appropriate application fees to any these 07 banks. Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India.
Note: Offline Payment can be made from 06/07/2013 to 30/07/2013. Your payment will be accepted from 2nd Working Day after submission of online application and it can be made within 03 days only.

Call Letter: Eligible candidates can download Call Letter for this online examination from its official website after 10/09/2013 if they have applied for Officers and after 17/09/2013 if they have applied for Office Assistant. In addition, candidates can also download Information Handout which will also be available on the same website.
